How does this shop work?
When you order something from our shop, the order is handled by Digitees. They print the gear and post it out to you.
The great thing about the Digitees service is that it's all digital prints (rather than screen prints) so products are printed on demand, and there's no need for minimum orders.
Does Bike Auckland make any money from this shop?
There's a small markup on each product which comes back to us. So buying something from our shop does go a little way to supporting the work of Bike Auckland.
How much is shipping? Do you send overseas?
Shipping is handled by Digitees. Have a look at this page for more information.
Where's my order?
Once your order is placed, you can track it on this page. You'll have to log in to see your information (and you will have set up a login when you placed your order).
I'd really like an "I [heart] my cargo bike" T-shirt in orange. Is this possible?
Because Digitees is a digital print-on-demand service, we can set up a custom Bike Auckland T-shirt (or bag, or apron!) for you, within reason, and for a little extra money. Email info@bikeauckland.org.nz with your request and we'll do our best.
How can I check what size I need?
Size measurements are linked on each product page. Some of our t-shirts are printed on AS Colour T-shirts, in which case you can go into any of their stores and try their shirts on for size. They have shops in several places: see here for a list.
A few t-shirts are made by C-Force. The only way to check sizes is by using the size chart on the product page.
My t-shirt arrived and it's not the right size. Can I exchange it?
I'm afraid not. Each t-shirt is printed on demand, so there is no stock held to make exchanges. Please triple check the size chart on the product page and measure an existing t-shirt to compare.
Any more questions? Email us at info@bikeauckland.org.nz and we'll try and find the answer.
